Access follows the task
The demo exercises company and role boundaries. Production identity-provider and security qualification remain pending.
Purposeful roles
Company administrators, processors, publishers, integration developers, and viewers have distinct responsibilities.
Independent decisions
Broad administrative authority remains subject to release state, company scope, and approval policy.
Temporary support access
The demo includes company-scoped, expiring diagnostic support grants rather than standing unrestricted customer access.
Bring work to the right person
The current V2 notification channel is in-app.
Read and unread inbox
Notifications include requester context, time, message, and a relevant destination. Users can mark items read or unread.
Intentional read state
Opening the notification drawer does not clear unread work. Successful navigation or an explicit read action changes state.
Permission-checked actions
The destination is checked again before opening, including after role or company access changes.
Actionable health
Company and platform views distinguish healthy, degraded, unavailable, and unknown or stale observations. Five-minute samples are not an uptime guarantee.
Preserve accountability
Evidence supports investigation; it does not by itself establish certification or legal compliance.
Form activity
Review milestones and recent changes with actor, role, time, and reason.
Audit explorer
Search and filter authorized evidence with bounded result pages and detail views.
Evidence integrity and exports
Append-only ledger and verifiable-export mechanisms exist in the core; production signing, storage and operational assurance remain to be qualified.
