Current baseline
The recorded V2 QA and CTO sign-off approves the local investor-demo baseline dated 24 September 2026. Subsequent refinements have their own evidence and remaining gates.
Supported demo scope
The documented demo browser baseline is Chrome. This is not a universal browser or accessibility certification.
Later refinements
Notification, discovery, layout, and metadata-release refinements extend the baseline. Some story records still show validation pending.
Before customer Production
Qualification depends on the selected deployment and customer requirements.
Identity and security
Qualify external identity integration, managed secrets, deployment security, and independent security testing.
Infrastructure and reliability
Validate database and object storage, scanner and renderer services, load, backup/restore, monitoring, and failure recovery.
Customer integration and acceptance
Test representative catalogs, API contracts, migration and recovery, and role-based customer acceptance.
Policy and assurance
Complete legal notices, retention decisions, accessibility assessment, operational ownership, and applicable procurement evidence.
Future direction
These are roadmap themes, not delivered V2 capabilities or committed dates.
Completed-form OCR
Explore extracting entered information from returned forms in a later phase.
PDF tooling
PDF authoring, visual comparison, changed-page detection, and expanded content analysis remain outside V2.
Additional notifications
Email, SMS, collaboration channels, and outbound webhooks are later-version directions.
A focused product boundary
Formflow is a form catalog, release, and delivery platform.
Outside current scope
Consumer submission, e-signature, policy administration, claims processing, billing, and a generic workflow engine are not V2 capabilities.
Commercial model
The intended model is an annual self-service license. Pricing, included capacity, production launch timing and onboarding terms are not yet announced.
